Appropriateness of design installation
This project was developed in accordance with all requirements of good engineering practice. All known scientific excellence - according to the best of our knowledge were used to develop our project. The developed system satisfies the next criteria:
• Compact - requires minimal space for the realization of the installation, easy expansion (if it is necessary) of the capacity and optimal use of available equipment
• Modularity - the ability for to easily assemble and disassemble of areas which are suitable for the purpose
The ability for energetic independence - if it is necessary, it is possible a part of the product to be used as a fuel for diesel electric generator to provide an independent power supply to consumers in the installation.
• Environmentally suitable production – the designed process of production ensures maximum utilization of the raw materials, the waste products are also useful materials - glycerin, water containing useful salts, soils appropriate to enrich. It should also be noted that the raw material entering to the installation is a domestic or industrial waste. When this waste falls into the urban sewage system, the purification of municipal waste water of WWTPs is difficult. The use of such waste as a feedstock for the installation has an environmental benefit.
• Technology Safety - because of the blocking safety system, there is an opportunity for realization of the technological process at negligible risk of accidents caused by fire or explosion.
• Economic efficiency - reduced costs for consumables and energy (the installation recycles a part of the spent reagents).
